Integrations and getting help

See what is connected and what needs attention, what each integration shares, and how to ask support.

Integrations lists everything wrkflow connects to, in one place: files and spreadsheets, CRM, HR systems, chat, automation and developers, identity and provisioning, security and audit, and email and text messages. Every member can open it. Admins connect and manage the integrations and see how each is doing.

What the statuses mean

  • Connected: it is set up and nothing is failing.
  • Needs attention: something is failing, such as deliveries that didn’t go through, a sync with errors, or a sign-in that expired. The first problem is shown beside it, and the page says what to do.
  • Not connected: it is available and nobody has set it up yet.
  • Not configured on this server: whoever runs wrkflow for you sets it up once for everyone. The page names the setting that is missing.
  • Needs the Team plan or Needs the Enterprise plan: your plan doesn’t include it. Owners can change the plan in Settings → Plan and billing.

Search finds an integration by name or by what it does, and the filter above the list shows only the ones that need attention, are connected or aren’t connected yet. Needs attention is summarized at the top.

What each page tells you

  • What it does, in plain words, and what leaves wrkflow. This is stated from what the code actually sends: anonymous surveys never go to a CRM, answers to sensitive questions are withheld, and personal data is masked.
  • What you need before you start and what it asks the provider for.
  • A setup checklist with your progress, and the same connect, disconnect and configure controls as in Settings.
  • Recent activity, such as deliveries, syncs and posts, with the error and a Retry button where wrkflow can send again.
  • Troubleshooting: the messages wrkflow can show, and what to do about each.

Get help

Every Integrations page has a Get help button. It opens a panel where you can search the help center without leaving the page, and, as an admin, send a request to support.

  1. Choose Get help, then search for a word such as “webhook” or “reconnect”. Suggested articles for the page are listed before you type.
  2. Still stuck? Choose what you need, the integration it is about, and describe what you tried and what happened. Don’t paste passwords, keys or webhook URLs.
  3. Optionally tick Include diagnostics. The panel shows exactly what will be sent: the integration’s status, setup progress and recent errors. It holds statuses, counts, setting names and wrkflow’s own error messages. It never holds tokens, secrets, survey answers or personal data, and links and email addresses in error text are cut down before they are shown.
  4. Choose Send request. You get a reference such as SUP-1A2B3C4D. Replies go to your email address.
If this server has no support email address set, the request is saved and your admins can read it, but nobody at wrkflow is told. The panel says so before you send. For anything urgent, contact whoever runs wrkflow for you. Requests are recorded in the audit log without their text.

Your plan decides which integrations you can set up; see Plans and billing. Each integration has its own article, listed under Integrations in the help center.
