Free, Team and Enterprise: what each includes, and how to upgrade.

Every plan includes every question type, personal links, live polls, segment comparisons and exports. Plans differ in response limits and a handful of organization-wide controls.

  • Free: up to 300 responses per survey.
  • Team: unlimited responses, your logo and brand color on surveys, hiding the “Made with wrkflow” badge, required two-factor, allowed email domains, multi-language surveys, crosstabs with significance tests, the API and webhooks.
  • Enterprise: single sign-on, verified domains, and automatic response retention.

Upgrading

Owners upgrade from Settings → Plan and billing, which opens Stripe Checkout. Invoices, payment details and cancellation are in the billing portal from the same page. Enterprise is by inquiry, talk to us and we'll follow up by email.

A Free survey that reaches 300 responses stops collecting and tells respondents so. Everything already collected stays, and upgrading to Team lifts the limit right away.
