Terms of service

The terms on which the operator provides wrkflow. An organization with its own signed agreement is governed by that agreement where the two differ.

Last changed 14 October 2026

1. The agreement

By creating an account, or by using wrkflow for an organization, you accept these terms for yourself and, if you act for an organization, for it. If you cannot accept them, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and organizations

  • Give accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • An organization’s owners decide who may join and in which role, and can turn on two-factor authentication, single sign-on and other policies for everyone in it.
  • Tell us promptly if you think an account has been used without permission.

3. Your data

What you and your respondents put into wrkflow is yours. We use it only to provide the service, as the data processing summary describes. You can export it and delete it. You are responsible for having the right to collect it, and for telling the people you survey what you do with their answers.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use wrkflow to:

  • break the law, or collect personal data you have no lawful basis for;
  • send unsolicited or deceptive messages, or invite people who asked not to be contacted;
  • pose as a person or organization you are not, or phish for passwords or payment details;
  • probe, overload or get around the service’s security, rate limits or plan limits;
  • upload malicious files or content that harms others.

We may suspend what breaks these rules, and will tell the organization why unless the law says we may not.

5. Plans and payment

The pricing page says what each plan includes. Paid plans renew until cancelled and are charged in advance through our payment provider. Enterprise plans are by contract. Taxes are added where the law requires them. When a plan ends or lowers, features it no longer includes stop, and the data stays available to export.

6. Expert questions

Expert questions connect an organization with independent experts. The expert is not our employee and their answer is general information, not professional advice for your case unless you and the expert agree otherwise. The payment is held before the expert sees the question and released when you approve the answer; declined, expired and rejected answers are refunded. A platform fee, shown before you pay, comes out of the expert’s payment.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep wrkflow available and to fix problems quickly, and we announce planned maintenance where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted service unless your plan says so in writing. Support is by the contact address of the operator and from inside the product.

8. Ownership

wrkflow, its design and its software belong to the operator and its licensors. You get the right to use it as these terms allow, not to copy it or sell access to it. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the service.

9. Liability

The service is provided as it is, to the extent the law allows. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and each side’s total liability for a claim is limited to what the organization paid in the twelve months before it, except for what the law does not allow to be limited, such as intent or gross negligence. Where your law gives you rights that cannot be limited, they stay.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using wrkflow and delete your organization at any time. We may end or suspend access for breach of these terms, for non-payment after notice, or if the law requires it. After the end, data is deleted as the data processing summary says; you can export it first.

11. Governing law and changes

The governing law and courts are set by the operator of this deployment and stated here once they are.

When we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell organizations beforehand; using wrkflow after the change takes effect means accepting it.
