Audit log, data retention and personal data requests

Audit log

Settings → Audit log lists membership changes, security settings, surveys, contacts, exports and deletions, each with who did it and when. Filter it by category, and choose Export CSV to download it. The export itself is recorded too.

Response retention

Settings → Data and privacy, an Enterprise feature, deletes responses automatically once they reach a chosen age: 90 days, 6 months, 1, 2 or 3 years, or kept until you delete them yourself. The rule runs every night across every survey; only answers are affected, never contacts or invitations.

Personal data requests

On the same page, look someone up by email to see what's held about them: their contact record, groups, survey invitations and linked responses. Download their data as JSON, or erase it, choosing either to delete their responses outright or keep the answers with no link back to that person.
